For people with diabetes a healthy and sensible diet is very important. Food has a direct effect on the blood sugar level. The meals described below have been specially developed for people with diabetes. No sugar has been added to the meals and the snacks and the menus have been composed in such a way that they take the effect of carbohydrates on the blood sugar level into account.

Before you start one of the nutritional programmes, we recommend that you go through the initial three-day detoxification programme. This will make it easier to start the weekly programmes and will lead to better results.

 

 

You can choose from six healthy, sensible weekly programmes.

 

 

In addition to the fully comprehensive food programmes, you also have a choice from more than fifty daily menus and various snacks. With the 'Do-it-yourself-relish-plan’ you can decide on your own personal menu.
